Delivery & Order
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped from our warehouse. Sometimes it can take a few business days before PostNord/the carrier scans the package.
Normal delivery time is usually 2-3 business days, but during periods of high demand or for out-of-stock products, delivery may take longer.
If the order has not yet been packed or shipped, we can usually help. Contact support as soon as possible.
If the order hasn't been shipped yet, we can try to cancel it.

Yes, according to our return policy, you can return unused products within the cooling-off period.
